These services include social entrepreneurship, strengthening of rural infrastructure, construction of rural houses, development of tourism and handicrafts, development of ecotourism, development of technology, research and extension services, school building, rural transformation plan and construction of buildings and public facilities using local materials and… to Increase creation of Value and Wealth for local communities through voluntary, responsible and compassionate service.

The Iran Diyar-e- Mehr Campaigns aims at the sustainable development of local communities by creating the necessary resilience for vulnerable people and reducing their vulnerability to climate change, economic, social, environmental shocks and crises, and In addition to preventing migration, it has provided the ground for reverse migration through various empowerment projects such as Roostasara (a kind of the ecotourism house(.

  • Roostasara Project (ecotourism house Project)

Rootasara is a cultural and social complex with a special design in four target villages located in the four border cities of Konarak in Baluchistan, Chaldoran in West Azerbaijan, Sarakhs in Razavi Khorasan and Khorramshahr in Khuzestan; which is under construction with the intention of promoting social entrepreneurship and sustainable development of local communities through tourism, handicrafts and employment creation.

With more than 2,500 person-hours of field study, architecture, anthropology, ecology, etc., the idea of ​​the structure of the village center emerged from the historical architecture of each region and was built with local context and local materials 

The internal spaces of the structure are the possibility of creating a resting place and a temporary stop station for tourists, a place for entrepreneurship and production, as well as offering and selling handicrafts and local handmade products, a library and a small museum of village anthropology, a play area and special extracurricular education for village children, and the possibility of showing cultural and literary programs. It has local and traditional performances and, etc.
On the one hand, this complex is close to the native sanctuary, but at the same time, it has created an independent space with the privacy of the residents.

Roostasara is specially focused on strengthening ecotourism and tourism and institutionalizing the concept of ecotourism in the village and experiential tourism in the region and is a suitable space for the interaction of local communities with domestic and foreign tourists.

In the interior of the project, it is possible to display, teach and sell local handicrafts and familiarize tourists with the art, products and lifestyle of the local people, which naturally creates an entrepreneurial atmosphere, the economic prosperity of the village and turning the village into a model tourism area.

In addition to helping the local economy, ecotourism is strongly related to the preservation of natural resources, the environment, and water restoration, and it provides a tangible experience of nature for tourists and local people, and reduces environmental pollution.

  • Diyar Project

Diyar is the exclusive brand of social entrepreneurship products of Sepas Foundation. Diyar focuses on the production and sale of artistic handicrafts, handmades and local and organic products and is guided by the volunteers of Sepas Foundation with the method of facilitation and mentoring. Through training and empowering women heads of households and indigenous people in low-income and mostly border villages, we deal with the sustainable development of the rural economy, poverty alleviation with the help of new job creation, earning and improving the economic level of the rural household, which leads to an increase in the self-confidence and self-esteem of the villagers.

  1. Water supply to villages

Considering the lack of water and widespread drought in recent years, Sepas Foundation, under its cooperation agreement with the Red Crescent, provides assistance to various regions in the south of the country every year in the Nazr Ab (donating water freely) project. Among the actions of Sepas Foundation is the provision of water to the villages of Zarabad region of Konarak city in Sistan and Baluchistan province.

  1.  School construction project

The school building project includes building, renovating and equipping schools in target villages and underprivileged areas. By Sep. 2022, 3 chapters of rural schools have been completed and named with the desired names of respected donors and are in operation, 2 schools have been fully renovated and we have 3 schools under construction that will soon be handed over to the School Renovation Organization.
